Triple D Charter offers exceptional inshore and Backcountry trips on the pristine flats of Islamorada, Florida. Captain Aaron “Nick” Dykes is a stand-up captain who takes his guests to the most advantageous spots, turning their fishing dreams into reality. His extraordinary skill and knowledge are perfect for families, making him great with kids! You couldn’t really ask for more from a Florida Keys fishing charter.
Fishing is conducted aboard a 24’ South Shore center console, originally built in 2016 and accommodating up to 4 guests. Powered by a 300 HP Suzuki engine, this vessel is ideal for accessing shallow flats and making open deep bay crossings. The Simrad GPS and fish finder help locate the most productive spots, while a wireless trolling motor allows access to super shallow areas.
Triple D Charters provides spinning rods, reels, live bait, and lures to ensure a successful day out on the water. The captain will clean, fillet, and bag your catch. Kids within the appropriate age range are permitted on the trips, but please specify when booking to ensure the correct size of life vest is prepared in advance, or feel free to bring your own for children under 6.

This is a good trip for those who want to enjoy a Florida Keys fishing charter without spending all day on the water. We'll be targeting Mangrove Snapper, juvenile Tarpon, Speckled Trout, Permit, Sharks, and Bonefish in the stunning waters of Florida Bay and the Everglades. With a maximum of 4 anglers on this trip, it's perfect for those looking for a more intimate experience.
6 Hour Backcountry & Flats Trip
$650 for 2 Anglers / $100 additional Anglers
These Florida Keys fishing charters are designed to provide anglers with a true Florida Keys experience. We'll fish deep in the mangroves of the Everglades and around the various bridges in town, targeting species such as Bonefish, Permit, Tarpon, Snook, Speckled Trout, Redfish, and Tripletail. With a maximum of 4 anglers per trip, it's perfect for those looking for a more intimate experience.
8 Hour Backcountry & Flats Trip
$925 for 2 Anglers / $100 additional Anglers
Join us for a full day trip with Triple D Charters that allows you to explore more areas in the Florida Keys. With more time on the water, you'll have the opportunity to catch multiple species. Our trips accommodate a maximum of three people, ensuring you get the most out of your experience.
All of our Florida Keys fishing charters will include spin cast rods and reels, as well as live and or dead bait, lures, and bottled water. We recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, and any snacks or other beverages. Please note that if you're enjoying drinks on the boat, alcoholic beverages must be in cans, not glass.
